  • Submit a Work Order | ABGA

    Need to submit registration docs, transfer forms, changes to your ABGA account, or additional tasks for the ABGA office to complete? Complete the work order form, and upload your documents. Submit a Work Order Submit registration documents, forms, changes to your ABGA account, and additional tasks for the ABGA office to complete. Please allow 1-2 business days for the office to confirm receipt of your work order. If you do not hear from us within this time frame, please call the office at (325) 486-2242. The office is currently working on work orders submitted on: Feb 28, 2025 If you need your work completed sooner than the date above, please request a RUSH on your work order. Payment must be provided before the work can be completed. After submitting your rush request, please call the ABGA office to provide payment. Rush orders are sent via USPS First Class mail. If you require special mailing, please let us know. Need forms? Click here Submitting a Certificate of Registration? All certificates sent electronically MUST be voided on the front and back of the certificate, and the registration number must be written on the back of the certificate. Follow the steps below to before submitting a Certificate of Registration. Write VOID in large letters, in blue or black ink, on both sides of the certificate. Write the goat’s registration number on the back of the certificate. This step is to keep track of multiple certificates being submitted. We don’t want to mix up your certificates! Scan or take a photo of your certificates. Upload your certificates! If you don’t want to void your certificates, you can always mail your certificates to the ABGA office!
