Kevin Richmond is from Wagoner, Okla. He is married to Allyson Blair, and they have four children, Justin Richmond, Cody Richmond, Garrett Blair and McKenna Blair, along with 3 granddaughters and a grandson.

He started raising Boer goats in 2003 and became a certified judge in 2005. Kevin enjoys judging across the country, loves to meet new people and see new places.

Kevin has an associate degree in Aviation Electronics, a bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with a paralegal emphasis and a minor in accounting. He owns and operates Richmond's Tax Service, as well as holds a full-time job off the farm. He has enjoyed serving Region 4 members for the last 4 years.
