The ABGA board came together last night 10/1/2024, as a work group, to hear and discuss a business proposal. 

This conversation presented us with potential options to restructure part of our organizational design. 

Additionally, to help direct services and benefits to members and give us opportunities for future development and growth and prosperity for 2025 and into the future. 

We look forward to further conversations and will keep the membership apprised of any future developments.

At times we may need to touch on a delicate HR concern that may need to be addressed to the Board and not disclosed publicly.

For clarification purposes as stated in our By Laws:
