The JABGA National Show is one of the largest Junior Boer Goat shows in the country. The 2017 show will bring junior exhibitors from all over the nation to Fonner Park in Grand Island, Nebraska to exhibit their fullblood/percentage Boer Goats.   Showing is just one aspect of the JABGA.  As a member, they learn many life lessons such as leadership, responsibility, and team-building through the events of the JABGA.

Juniors will show off their showmanship skills in the JABGA Showmanship classes. Peewees to seniors are judged not on the animal but on how well they exhibit that animal.

A silent auction will be held during the week, and the winners are announced at the Annual Membership Banquet, where a live auction is also held.   Last years silent auction raised $2,083.53, and all of the proceeds from the items sold on the auctions went directly to the JABGA.  The live auction that was held at the banquet raised $8,880.00 for JABGA.

Junior members and adult members are encouraged to donate and solicit items for the auctions each year. These events serve as major fundraisers for the JABGA.
