18 September 2015

Due to inability to provide correct information on registrations, Jessica Lankey has the received the following sanctions:

  • 3 (three) year suspension as an agent or member, and for the use of ABGA Services
  • 1 (one) year suspension of participation.

18 September 2015

Travis Lankey, member 37066 and member 48482’s accounts are frozen until the following has been completed.

  • All registered animals in aforementioned accounts must have hair pulled, tattoos verified, and samples submitted by a licensed veterinarian for DNA Testing to UC Davis at the above members expense.
  • Upon completion of DNA, all progeny of registered goats must have DNA parentage verification processed before a registration number can be assigned for a period of 3 (three) years, at the above members expense.

Due to violation of the ABGA National Show Rules, JABGA Member 45931 has the received the following sanctions:

  • Account Frozen
  • $3,000 Fine
  • Banned from all ABGA/JABGA Sanctioned Events from the date of notification and continuing for 1 year following the day the fine has been paid in full.

  • Account Frozen
  • $3,000 Fine
  • Banned from all ABGA/JABGA Sanctioned Events from the date of notification and continuing for 3 years following the day the fine has been paid in full.

Due to violation of the ABGA Code of Ethics, membership privileges for the members listed below are hereby suspended until these individual’s fines have been paid in full.  All ABGA points earned by animals owned and/or exhibited by these individuals at the National Western Stock Show and Fort Worth Stock Show are hereby forfeited.

Based on the findings that Jarrod Jackson failed to follow the ABGA judging protocol at the 2014 Nebraska State Fair, the ABGA Board of Directors hereby imposes the following sanctions on Jarrod Jackson:

  1. 1.  2 year suspension effective October 27, 2014;
  2. 2.  $2,000.00 fine payable within 120 days from December 6, 2014;
  3. 3.  Successful completion of an ABGA Judges Certification School that is scheduled after the conclusion of the 2 year term of suspension.

Based on the findings that JABGA Member 44017 and 53181 falsified an ABGA registration application, the ABGA Board of Directors hereby imposes the following sanctions:

  1. 1.  Denial of membership privileges or access to ABGA services;
  2. 2.  ABGA registration certificates currently in the name of JABGA Member 44017 and 53181 cancelled and ABGA registration applications denied;
  3. 3.  Revocation of participation privileges in all ABGA approved events;
  4. 4.  Denial of privilege of access or presence on show grounds of an ABGA-sanctioned show;
  5. 5.  Denial of privilege to advertise in ABGA official publications;
  6. 6.  Terminating the rights to transfer any ABGA Certificate of Registration held;
  7. 7.  Terminating any non-member access to ABGA services;
  8. 8.  A fine of $5,000.00.
  9. 9.  At the conclusion of a five year period JABGA Member 44017 and 53181 may request to reapply for ABGA membership through the ABGA Board of Directors.    Said date for application for ABGA membership begins 5 years from the date of payment of the $5,000.00 fine.

Based on the findings that Agnew Boers, James Agnew and Brenda Larner have falsified a birth date on an ABGA registration application, the ABGA Board of Directors hereby imposes the following sanctions on Agnew Boers, James Agnew and Brenda Larner:

  1. 1.  Denial of membership privileges or access to ABGA services;
  2. 2. ABGA registration certificates currently in the name of James Agnew, Agnew Boers and Brenda Larner cancelled and ABGA registration applications denied;
  3. 3.  Revocation of participation privileges in all ABGA approved events;
  4. 4.  Denial of privilege of access or presence on show grounds of an ABGA-sanctioned show;
  5. 5.  Denial of privilege to advertise in ABGA official publications;
  6. 6.  Permanently terminating the rights to transfer any ABGA Certificate of Registration held;
  7. 7.  Terminating any non-member access to ABGA services.

JABGA Member 44017 and 53181 is banned from participating in any and all ABGA sanctioned shows and events, acting as an agent in any capacity and from registering and/or transferring any goats.  Any and all accounts currently in the name of JABGA Member 44017 and 53181 are suspended effective October 23, 2014.   Registrations/transfers for all goats currently registered in the name of JABGA Member 44017 and 53181 are frozen.

Agnew Boers, James Agnew and Brenda Larner are banned from participating in any and all ABGA sanctioned shows and events, acting as an agent in any capacity and from  registering and/or transferring any goats.  That any and all accounts currently in the names of Brenda Larner, James Agnew and Agnew Boers are suspended effective September 26, 2014.   That registrations/transfers for all goats currently registered in the names of Brenda Larner, James Agnew and Agnew Boers be frozen.

 

14 December 2013

Dakota Smith is fined $1,000 and suspended from all ABGA events for a period of 6 months effective December 14, 2013 for contacting ABGA judges requesting a competitive advantage prior to ABGA Sanctioned Events. During said suspension Dakota Smith shall be barred from attending any ABGA/JABGA events. In addition, Dakota Smith shall write a letter of apology to be submitted to the ABGA Board of Directors for approval. The letter of apology shall be published in the ABGA magazine at the expense of Dakota Smith. In the event Dakota Smith fails to pay the $1,000 fine and write the letter of apology at the conclusion of the six month period of suspension, said terms of suspension shall continue until the above requirements are fulfilled.
